In respect of charging, eneloop batteries can be treated like normal NiMH batteries. This means they can be charged with any modern charger, which is suitable for NiMH batteries.
SANYO offers five chargers for eneloop batteries for different kinds of applications. All SANYO chargers can charge eneloops with size AA as well as AAA. All models are offered in various bundles with eneloop batteries.
The MQN04 is the ideal model for use at home, because it can charge 4 batteries overnight and it is economically priced. It comes with either a Euro-plug or UK-plug molded to the case for direct use into an A/C wall socket. The slow charging by using a low charge-current ensures a long cycle life of the eneloop batteries. The MQN04 can charge either 2 or 4 batteries of size AA or AAA at once.
